About

I stay with people to help them face what is, and keep returning with them until the sacred stops feeling separate from who they are.

Who I Am

I'm a retreat leader and integration specialist. I've built my life around this work: the responsible practice of 5-MeO-DMT and the lifelong process of embodied integration.

For more than 20 years, I've worked as a coach, guiding people across intimate thresholds. I know how to sit at the edge of the unknown with someone. I know when compassion means comfort, and when it means the harder truth.

My work reaches past the peak experience. It's about making sure you have a self to come back to.

I offer 1:1 guidance, 5-MeO integration, practitioner mentorship, retreats, and groups.

Lineage and Training

My work is grounded in coaching, meditation, somatic practice, and inquiry. I'm certified as both a New Ventures West and a Jungian coach, with meditation training under Mark Coleman, Jack Kornfield, and Tara Brach. My somatic training includes study with Wendy Palmer and Somatic Experiencing.

Years of study with Byron Katie have deeply influenced my approach. Her practice of inquiry remains a foundation of how I work, and Adyashanti's teachings have also been an important influence on my own practice and understanding.

Additional training includes Search Inside Yourself, which I've facilitated within organizations, and an IFS program designed for practitioners working with psychedelics.

For three years, I trained psychedelic coaches at the Psychedelic Coaching Institute. For nearly two decades, I've also helped grow and nurture the Wisdom 2.0 conference.

Today, I serve as an integration specialist and retreat leader at Tandava in Mexico, where my work includes serving 5-MeO-DMT. Alongside this role, my private coaching practice brings these threads together in individual work with clients.

Who I Work With

Something happened. A ceremony, maybe. Or a Tuesday that split into before and after.

You saw something true. And then you had to keep living.

You still text the same friends back. Still sit through the same small talk. But you're not the same person who used to do those things.

You're trying to find the shape of a life that fits what you now know. In your relationships. In your work. In the small decisions that used to feel automatic.

Maybe you're also holding this for other people. A practitioner, a guide, someone others turn to. Even while you're still finding your own footing.

There's a question underneath all of it. One most people don't say out loud.

Did it mean nothing? Or did it mean everything, and I don't yet know how to live it?

You don't have to answer that alone.
