I accompany people in meeting life as it is and exploring how the sacred can become part of everyday life.

My work grows out of a longstanding curiosity about how we meet ourselves and life more fully. Meditation, inquiry, and somatic practice have shaped both my personal life and the way I accompany others.
I'm interested in how we live what we come to understand, in our relationships, in difficult moments, and in the ordinary rhythms of a day.
My background spans 1:1 guidance, contemplative practice, facilitation, and psychedelic support. I've helped nurture the Wisdom 2.0 Conference for nearly two decades and spent two years training coaches at the Psychedelic Coaching Institute.
Today, I serve as an integration specialist and retreat leader at Tandava in Mexico, where my work includes serving 5-MeO-DMT. Alongside this, I work privately with individuals, groups, and practitioners.

Who I Work With
Sometimes an experience changes how you see yourself and your life: an awakening, a ceremony, a loss. Sometimes a question keeps returning, a familiar pattern becomes harder to ignore, or the life you've built no longer quite fits.
After a psychedelic experience, you may need space to make sense of what happened and support as you find your footing in everyday life.
You may have spent years in meditation or personal exploration, or you may simply want space to listen to yourself and speak honestly about what's happening in your life.
Perhaps you support others as a practitioner, coach, or guide, and want somewhere to bring your own questions.
You don't have to know what it all means or where it's taking you.
