What People Arrive With

People often come to me saying some version of the same thing: I'm not getting it. I'm missing something. I'm distracted.

Others arrive feeling unsettled after a powerful experience. Will I ever feel like myself again? How am I supposed to go back to work?

Some feel they've done everything: the medicine, the retreats, the breathwork. Yet they're still impatient with their partner, still waiting for the people around them to be different.

You may be disappointed, frightened, or unsure what you need. We begin with what's happening now and what would help you feel more supported in your life.

How I Work

  • Resourcing comes first.

We start by finding what helps you feel grounded and connected. That might include familiar routines, supportive relationships, or noticing what helps your body settle. This support gives us somewhere to return when the work feels difficult.

  • There is space to take your time.

I don't rush to explain your experience or tell you what it means. We make room for uncertainty and pay attention to what becomes clear through your own experience. Sometimes I ask a question or offer an observation. Sometimes I stay quiet longer than you might expect, giving you time to hear yourself.

  • We pay attention to the body.

As we talk, we notice what happens in your body. I might share what I'm noticing and ask whether it fits your experience. Sometimes we explore through movement, a change of position, or simply pausing with a sensation.

Tears, agitation, laughter, ease, even irritation with me can all be part of the conversation. Together, we decide what needs attention and how much feels manageable.

  • You don't have to know who you're becoming.

A powerful experience can bring familiar roles, beliefs, and relationships into question. We can explore what still feels true, what feels uncertain, and what you may be ready to change. You don't have to decide all at once.

The work includes how these discoveries take shape in daily life: in a conversation with your partner, a boundary at work, or the way you respond when an old pattern returns.

The Lens

My work begins with listening, staying present, and making room for what emerges. Rather than following a fixed method, I draw on Jungian depth psychology and active imagination, IFS, somatics, and creative play. What we explore grows out of what you bring and what happens between us.

What Working Together Looks Like

We begin with a thirty-minute call, a casual conversation about what brings you here and whether working together feels like a fit. If it does, we'll discuss where to begin and schedule our first session.

If someone else would be better suited to support you, I'll refer you to a trusted colleague. What matters is finding the right person for you.

Where we begin depends on where you are.

If You're Preparing for a Medicine Experience

Preparation is different for everyone. If you're familiar with this work, we may need one conversation. If it's new to you, we may meet three or four times.

We explore your intentions, questions, and fears, along with what helps you feel grounded and supported. There's no way to know exactly what an experience will bring, but we can build a foundation for meeting it.

If Something Has Already Opened You

We begin with what happened and what you're still trying to understand or bring into your daily life. Some people come weeks afterward. Others come years later, carrying something they've never found words for. You can begin from either place.

Our work together unfolds over months, giving us time to notice patterns, work through difficulties, and explore how your experience informs the way you live. Integration can continue long after our sessions end.

For Practitioners

I mentor facilitators, coaches, and guides who want to deepen their practice, especially in the 5-MeO space. Many support others through profound experiences while having little support themselves.

Our work centers on discernment, humility, and embodied steadiness: noticing your own responses, knowing when to intervene, and recognizing when to give something room. We work on what happens in the room when nobody knows what comes next.

Let's meet and see if this is right for you.
