Private & Group Retreats
I collaborate with other facilitators to offer group retreats that bring together different perspectives and practices, with time for inquiry, connection, and quiet reflection.
I also offer private retreats shaped around your needs, intentions, and pace.
Meditation & Breathwork
I teach Elemental Rhythm breathwork and offer occasional meditation sessions, locally and on Zoom. These are opportunities to slow down, practice together, and make space for yourself. You're welcome to join a single session, with no commitment to a series.
